Front Office Administrator, Contracts

We have an immediate need for a Front Office Administrator to join the administrative team in our Pittsburgh, PA operational headquarters. Expedient is a customer-focused organization with a stellar culture - check out reviews on glassdoor.com

While this is an administrative position that wears many hats, the focus is primarily on assisting the contracts and sales administrator with a variety of clerical tasks that further the sales, delivery and billing for all Expedient services. Additionally, this position will maintain a presence at the front desk reception area and greet all visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Review documents (sales contracts and requests for service change/upgrades) for accuracy and completion and gather signatures or additional information as needed
  • Partner with the billing team to ensure timely initiation of account setup for new clients and initial billing
  • Track and log chain of custody of confidential documents using web application and spreadsheets
  • Greet visitors at the front desk lobby area and provide access to the office following building security policy
  • Monitor and restock office supplies for general use and for conference rooms
  • Administrative tasks as needed including filing, scanning/copying, mailings, etc.

Requirements:

  • No less than 5 years’ experience working in an administrative role preferably in a contracts/admin position
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills are a must; as well as proficient typing speed and accuracy
  • Individual organization and prioritization skills are a must
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) are required
  • A clear understanding of the value of superior customer service is necessary
