Senior Sales Executive

We have an immediate need for a Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Baltimore, MD. Traditional sales engagement methods have evolved and our customers are seeking consultative partnerships.  With multiple layers of support behind you, your role will be to uncover your clients most pressing challenges; whether its helping to protect their data, cloud computing or tailored network solutions. The Senior Sales Executive is a member of an elite team of hunters who are able to leverage key business insights and tools to close sales and bring in new business. With uncapped commissions, a competitive base salary and very little travel this is an exceptional opportunity for earning and professional growth.


  • Hunter role focused on new, high-level client relationships
  • Partner with the business development team to prospect and develop strategic plans of action based on industry trends, customer analysis and competitors
  • Develop, prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations and quotes on Expedient solutions and technology that are in alignment with customer needs
  • Consistently deliver solutions to customers to solve their challenges and provide greater efficiency, cost savings and exceptional outcomes
  •  Consistent achievement of revenue targets by developing and nurturing sales pipeline of new business and forecast management


  • World class customer service
  • Demonstrated success as a hunter and closer of new business preferably selling technical solutions and/or systems integration
  • Bachelors degree or at least 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong solutions-based sales experience in technology, preferably in IaaS, Saas, DRaaS
  • Sales-achiever: experience achieving results by understanding business drivers and customer priorities
  • Strong familiarity with the greater Baltimore business and technology market  
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

Expedient provides exceptional sales and product training for sales executives - both on-site and self-study.
