Salesforce Administrator

The Salesforce Administrator will work as part of the team responsible for the efficiency of Expedient’s Salesforce system as well as promoting its use and monitoring the user experience across the organization.  We are seeking an individual with the technical and communication skills to work directly with internal stakeholders, document and develop requirements and implement system changes based on the needs of various user groups.

This position will help promote the features and benefits of Salesforce to cross-functional teams, provide training, improve and standardize processes for using the tool and ensure that the full capabilities of the system are being utilized.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of Expedient’s Salesforce system
  • Proactively seek out and identify needed system changes
  • Manage system configuration, users, page layouts and custom fields
  • Develop and manage reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with the Information Systems team to develop flows, processes and Apex code
  • Manage third-party applications that augment the system e.g. deduplication, sales contest tracking
  • Work with the marketing team to manage Pardot integration
  • Manage and roll out new releases
  • Provide documentation on best practices and processes
  • Provide training and support to various end user groups
  • Provide support as needed

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of Salesforce administration experience
  • Previous work experience using dashboarding/analytics
  • Salesforce.com Administrator certification
  • Detail-oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills
